Deceptive Sales Practices Warning
In order to ensure that you receive maximum satisfaction and long term value from your purchase of Cary Audio products or audio accessories we sell them exclusively through a carefully chosen network of Authorized Cary Audio Dealers. Authorized dealers have been selected for their ability to provide the right product for your particular application, quality demonstrations of components, and have been trained to provide expert set up or service advice should you ever require it. We require our dealers to perform to high standards of service and understanding of our products. We also require our dealers to provide to their customers a completed sales slip with the name, address, original selling price and all details for the sale on the original sales receipt to validate the original purchaser’s new item limited warranty.
There are some retailers who attempt to sell Cary Audio products who are not authorized dealers. Many of them run advertisements in the back of magazines or try to sell online via the Internet. Some even falsely claim to be Authorized Cary Audio Dealers or to sell them with a sales receipt included from an authorized dealer. The products sold by these retailers may have defaced, missing or altered serial numbers or product labels. Additionally, unauthorized retailers cannot offer Factory Authorized Warranty service since the items they are selling are without any manufacturers service warranty whatsoever due to the manner in which they may have been obtained.
Warranty Policy
New Cary Audio products sold by anyone other than an Authorized Cary Audio Dealer are NOT covered by our limited warranty. Items bought second hand ‘with warranty card’ do not have a warranty from Cary Audio. The limited warranty offered by Cary Audio is for the original purchaser only; our limited warranty does not transfer to any subsequent owners. In order to be certain that you have warranty privileges and are purchasing a new Cary Audio Design product, we urge you to patronize only Authorized Cary Audio Dealers.
